Humbucker Pole Slug (Nickel)
When approaching the traditional screw/slug combination we see in humbucker pickups. Pole slugs are imperative.
Almost all metric-sized humbucker bobbins use these 4.8mm slugs. Some manufacturers of specific bobbins are configured for thicker 5mm slugs.
